Melancholy Earworms

Can’t get Sade’s “Is It a Crime?” out of my head this morning.  Last week it was Nina Simone’s “Break Down and Let It All Out.”

Unlike some exes of Tenfeet, however, I would not dream of sending either song to my ex. I stopped doing stuff like that in college.

Classy earworms. Mine are usually more along the lines of 70s arena rock or a Gwen Stefani song I happen to hear in a store.

I have “We’re All Alone” by Rita Coolidge stuck in my head. Damn Lipby, playing it every day.

Now it’s the White Stripes’ version of “I Don’t Know What to Do With Myself.”
